We're almost there ...

... wort temperature dropped to 21 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow it will be seven days from the beginning of fermentation. Also tomorrow evening I will spill beer into bottles, then about two weeks and you can begin to taste ...

Natalia, ja też dopiero zaczynam moją przygodę z piwem (od strony warzenia :)
