Oktoberfest!

42 bootles

6)

Stormy fermentation completed, the BLG my beers came to less than 3 degrees should also be pretty good after maturing. Next time I have to keep day shorter.

The taste pretty good, frankly I was expecting far worse. Yeast tactile and pleasant bitterness, came out quite clear. I added the malt extract to each bottle in order to improve the taste and carbonation of beer.

Bottling went smoothly, came out 42 bottles of beer, which you can see above.
Now at least two to three weeks, and you can start tasting ...

We're almost there ...

... wort temperature dropped to 21 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow it will be seven days from the beginning of fermentation. Also tomorrow evening I will spill beer into bottles, then about two weeks and you can begin to taste ...

Next day

My beer is brewed in peace. For some four days or so it will be shed in the bottle.
I can not wait ...

That's my beer ...

3rd day

Yesterday we tested beers with friends in BrowArmia. On the wheat is disappointed, whatelse the local stout, was very good. Great taste with hints of coffee creates, an incredibly tasty beer.
Maybe someday I'll try brewing this.

As for Browarmii very nice place, lots of space, nice decor, nice music, good beer, too bad that there were no occasional beer, which appeared in the menu.

My beer ferment's quietly, in the room we can smell a nice smell.
I can not wait to see the effects. And that's at least 2 weeks.

You can now post comments because I know that the dream about;)
